Automotive Lighting System
With the progressive advancement and maturity of LED technology applied to the automotive field, the energy-saving and eco-friendly characteristics have led to more vehicles adopting LED light sources to replace traditional ones. LED consumes significantly less power than traditional bulbs, resulting in higher lumen output per unit of power. The electronic solutions also enable LED vehicle lights to feature more diversified designs, effects, and functionalities.

We have successfully developed over 300 automotive LED lighting control modules.
Lighting Products Meeting High Standards and Regulations
Automotive lighting needs to comply with regulatory requirements, including light pattern brightness, environmental testing, and brightness decay. Additionally, optical design, mechanical design, heat resistance, and electronic control details are essential. For LED lighting, considerations for optical design extend beyond reflector design and also include the light emission pattern of LEDs themselves. Different packaging types result in varied light output patterns, affecting reflector or imaging lens requirements. When using LEDs as light sources, it is necessary to reconsider their optical properties, transitioning from traditional cylindrical sources to planar sources, and combining them with external optical components for diverse applications.

Professional Team for LED Automotive Lighting Drivers
The automotive environment involves wide temperature variations, significant transients, and input disturbances. Power supplies must handle load and unload transients, usually managed by separate circuits. Components used for automotive LEDs must comply with AEC-Q100 standards.
Integrating the Latest Smart Automotive Lighting Technology
LEDs, being insensitive to mechanical vibrations and easily controlled, have become the natural choice for smart automotive lighting systems to meet vehicle demands and environmental conditions. However, driving LEDs to achieve high-efficiency light output requires current control independent of power supply voltage.

Automotive Ambient Lighting
LIN-Compatible RGB LED Lighting
Automotive lighting has become a key feature for personalization and differentiation within the cabin, with ambient lighting widely adopted by global car manufacturers. The integrated LIN slave controller enables smart lighting solutions with switching and PWM, driving multiple RGB LEDs through constant current sources for automotive environment applications. This allows for rapid development of simple, robust, and cost-effective LIN bus-compatible slave nodes. Features include on-chip storage, high-output current, EMC robustness, ISO 26262 functional safety standard support, and ASIL-A compliance.

In addition to LIN,ISELED RGB LED technology is also supported
The core product is a digital RGB LED integrated into a compact package. This innovative approach simplifies LED control while enabling new functionalities for automotive LED lighting. This solution reduces customer debugging time, optimizes the overall in-vehicle system cost by reducing harness usage, and provides more customization options for users. The master unit communicates with the RGB LED driver through a two-wire differential signal control. Smart LED drivers can be cascaded, supporting up to 4,096 points.
